Return and Exchange Period:
Within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the return order.

Product Condition:
- Products must be unused and in their original condition, with the original box and sealed packaging.
- Used products will not be accepted.
- Damaged Products: Returns are limited to manufacturing defects only and do not cover misuse or failure to follow care instructions.
Return Fees:
- A return shipping fee of 49 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used after we receive, inspect, and confirm the returned products.
- The refund process may take up to 10 business days.
Exchange Fees:
Unreceived Orders:
- Reshipment: If the customer wishes to have their order reshipped, a reshipping fee of 25 will be charged.
- For Cancellation: If the customer, after receiving the order, decides not to reship it, a fee of 25 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund:
- Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used after the products have been received, inspected, and accepted.
